Stopped in here for a little touch up & hoped for the best. My stylist Sonia was very attentive & did exactly what I wanted. She didn't hesitate to make me feel comfortable & I'm really happy with my hair. Got a 4.00$ discount for a shampoo with service! I recommend this place even if it's not the first you might think of. Also make sure you do an online check-in on the website for faster service! It also tells you how long of an estimated wait.

Very poor experience. I have been coming here from long time but today i had a very bad result; the hairdresser looks like she was in a rush. Didn't feel like they even listen to us what we want to say. Poor customer service. Will not return to this location.

All the stylists are AMAZING!! This is the only place my youngest son will allow anyone to touch his hair. He also loves that they have his favourite hair style on the computer so he gets the exact same cut/style every single time

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location this morning! I took my toddler for his very first hair cut (which is supposed to be an exciting milestone) and we ended up leaving after waiting around for half an hour without a haircut and feeling very sad and frustrated. I was told 20 minute wait time, so I went to the grocery store in the same plaza, I come back 20 mins later and they told me it will still be an additional 18 mins because they decided to start someone else’s cut rather then calling me on the number provided to let me know it was our turn. If anyone has ever tried to wait around with a busy toddler nearing nap time I’m sure you can understand my frustration.

My father came in a few days ago and got his hair cut by the manager Heather, she rushed through his hair cut it's uneven everywhere, more like botched. Now I have to take him somewhere else, we're never coming back here. The manager supposed to know how to cut. Would not recommend this business, take your money somewhere else. Bad environment.
