This is a great place to get haircut. It was my first experience in this location. Nancy was so friendly quick yet very precise and professional. She did a really good job. Price is very affordable. They also have cool features like online check ins, they save the way the haircut was done so you dont need to explain to the person next time. They have coupons too. Highly recommended.

The hair dressers constantly do their own thing and hardly ever follow the instructions you give them. Everytime I’ve gone in they’ve cut off about 3 inches more then what I asked for, there is no professionalism here, ESPECIALLY for the prices. They can pay for the hair treatments to make my hair grow faster absolutely unacceptable.

Worse haircut ever!!! Do not go here!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I told the hairdresser 3 times how I wanted it cut. I told her no more than 1/2" off all around and leave the back full and sides over my ears. I asked he a number of times if she understood. She said she did, but then she took off over 1-1/2 off!!! The back is practically shaved, the sides are not over my ears. She apologized but that is little consultation as I'm the one who has to live with her mess not her.

The lack of professionalism was quite evident but the haircut I received was surprisingly well done *and* speedy for a chain salon. Used the online check-in and nearly went elsewhere because of the quoted 35 minute wait, but I was there in about 15 minutes and they were ready to take me immediately, so I don’t think that system is all too reliable.
