It wasnâ€™t terrible. A solid 2-2.5. My hair is even all around but I had slight bangs and in the picture I showed there was bangs for sure but when I got home I noticed that my â€œbangsâ€ are the same length as the rest of my hair... also, the conditioner and serum that got put in my hair made it incredibly greasy. On top of this, I donâ€™t love my hair cut and I do wish I didnâ€™t go there for one.

Had my hair done back in September.. Spent a fortune on my hair to leave absolutely disappointed. My previous stylist had just given up styling..So I was very nervous to go to someone new.. The stylist I was set up with seemed to have no idea what she was doing..Even though I showed her a picture of what I was wanting to achieve the cut and colour was not even close.. Even though I asked her multiple times about her colouring procedures.. She even had to have her work checked by a co-worker.. What the hell was that for. I walk out of the salon feeling and looking like Ronald Macdonald... And $165.00 less in my pocket. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.. Hopefully they have more competent stylists working there now. Buyer beware!!!

I went in for a haircut thinking it was quite straight forward the hairstylist was older and she assured me she had years experience i felt uneasy and asked for her to just take an inch off which she did that was fine when she dried my hair she left in all the conditioner on the bottom and didn't rinse it out properly. When she was done straightening it i ran my fingers threw it and told the girl at the front that my hair was full of conditioner still and all greasy and disgusting she felt it and told the stylist the stylist then told me it was fine she will fix it she dabbed a towel with water then dabbed my hair made it all wet then she said ok its better now you can go. I ended coming home and having to wash it out and straighten it all over again. I would not recommend using this lady at all.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I came to this location around late October and it was one of the worst experiences Iâ€™ve ever had at a hair salon. DO NOT GO HERE! I paid over $300 for them to give me a bayalage which is supposed to included bleach, colour (they didnâ€™t give me) and cut & style THEN after everything, they told me I had to come back to pay another $300 for another session. I have medium length hair, so that price was ridiculous especially since the hair stylist they gave me just only bleach and trimmed my hair (I would give her name but I threw out the card that had her name on it). She bleached in the most patchiest way, she didnâ€™t use tin foil and she didnâ€™t make sure the bleach was evenly distributed into my hair. I had very very visible bleach patches. She just slabbed the bleach on my head really quickly, put cling wrap on it and left me there for 2-3 hours. Then after washing my hair, then proceeded to â€œcut and styleâ€ my hair which was only a trim. And then she didnâ€™t give me the coloring process that I paid for and rushed me out of the store THEN proceeded to tell me that I had to come back and pay another 300$ to continue colouring my hair. I always talk to my stylists to make sure their experience and to make sure that we are both comfortable with each other. No, she was so awkward and answered my questions really quickly and no conversation proceeded after that. Some of you might say â€œoh she was probably concentratingâ€, I made sure to ask at times she wasnâ€™t doing anything but going on her phone. I ended up going to a different salon to fix the disaster. Which, by the way they all thought I tried to bleach my hair at home, the hair that I walked out of the salon that day was so bad that people thought that it was a â€œhair bleaching gone wrong at homeâ€. It was embarrassing and devistating.
