I have been going here for a few years now dealing with Paula. She is amazing. She does everything you ask of her and never disappoints. Both my mother and daughter also come and get their hair done by Paula. She is always happy and so pleasant to deal with. Thanks for always taking care of us and being just plain awesome!!

I have been using this wonderful salon since moving to Hamilton in 2011. I always get compliments on my highlights and cuts. I cannot stress enough the value and professionalism of Paula. Her skills are top notch and she does not overcharge like so many do. Check it out!

I've been going to tangles hair group for 20+ years and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and their prices can't be beat. If you're looking for someone to help you find what will work for you, or if you have an idea in mind and want their help in creating it, this is the place to be!

EXTREMELY RUDE!! If I could give negative stars I would. I was visiting the clinic next door and parked near the salon. The owner or one of the staff came out and proceeded to yell at me in front of my two young kids that she will give me a ticket if I don’t move my car!!! What happened to being polite and letting me know that it was a reserved spot (there were no signs by the way). I can NEVER patronize a business with such HORRIBLE customer service! I asked her why she couldn’t be polite and she just walked into her store. SO RUDE. Do not recommend!!!
