Thanks to Vivian for creating such a beautiful up do! So far, I’ve been dealing with very nice employees at that hair salon for booking appointments for my upcoming wedding. Vivian took the time to clearly understand what I wanted and gave me some ideas and welcome advices for my engagement photoshoot. I’m definitely going back for my wedding day :-)

Angie always does a great job everytime I come in. She is always so nice, friendly with good conversation. The one thing I didn't like is there is always this creepy guy hanging around in Total Salon but never doing anything except whispering things to the staff. He might be the owner or boss but there is nothing to identify him as that.

I've had an amazing experience both times when I got the haircut from Mila. She's a true professional with an eye of precision. I loved how she cut my hair both times and this time around I got balayge done from her and it turned out beautifully! Highly recommend her.

I came here for a cut and style recently, and the quality of my haircut was quite good, which is why I'm rating a 2 instead of 1. I came here for the second time because I liked my cut the first time, and it was very affordable-- only $35 after tax. I noticed the same deal again: "$30 for a haircut, wash, and style" a sign at the front of the store read. This time, since it was a busy Sunday, the service was more rushed and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Also, I go charged $55 after tax! I complained to the manager, and he told me "oh, women's haircuts are always more expensive" which I knew wasn't true, as I paid $35 at the same location only a few months prior. The manager spoke to me as if I were an idiot. I am never coming back to this place, as I feel ripped off and didn't get value for the money. 2/5
