Good haircut but customer service needs work. We took our two grandsons for a haircut, and arrived about 10 min. Before the store was to open. The door was open but we were told in a bad tone "we are not open yet". When we went to pay, we had a problem getting the second discount coupon on my phone. The first coupon on my husband's phone worked fine. Not until a other customer gave us a paper coupon, would they give us the discount, even though they saw it on the first phone. The haircuts were great. Next time we will go to another location.

Donâ€™t bring your children here. They donâ€™t know how to handle children and have no patience. Brought my 3 year old son there today and the lady absolutely ruined his hair and on top of it she charged me. I had to bring him to cookie cutters after so they could fix what she has done to his hair. If could give them zero starts I would. I have uploaded two pictures of my sonâ€™s hair cut. Just horrible.
