If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience, I called a head of time to get my mom a haircut. The lady on the phone said yes they would have time for a cut/dye and to come in. My mother and I went which I called in the mall so it was maybe 5 minutes to get to them. We walked in the lady ignored at first. I said my mom would like to get her haircut/dyed and that I just called. The lady looked at us and said"you know that'll be 200 right?" Then just said actually we took someone else you wont get in for 2 hours. I told her I just called and you said yes, she was very rude to us and definitely didnt think we would be good enough to be there. We left very upset and I told my sister who was waiting outside and she said shell go in and see what they say. We waited 10 minutes and my sister went in and came out and said they would take her no problem. Absolutely horrible service and I definitely will be recommending against this place to anyone that I know. Will be contacting management also.

I was introduced to this place by a friend and it is a great. Lan does great work on curly or wavy hair for men what is a godsend when it can be found. Great attention given to getting the right hair cut by a stylist who is enthaustic! I would highly recommend and the prices are fantastic for the qaulity of the haircuts.

Ruined my hair and both my daughters. Paid a lot of money, and they recieved a tip. Still trying to grow out to fix it. She was a wonderful stylist, went for afew years. Last summer we went in with new ideas she discouraged, but qe really knew what qe wanted. The job we got was sad, it was like they didn't even try. Uneven lines, bad perm, wrong rods, a buzz cut not a pixi, and a shaved head instead of a trendy undercut. It was as if since she didn't want to do the cut, she didn't try. Oh did she take the 40$+tip with a smile. Will never return to thos salon. I would give it a -2â after my girls and my experience. I want my money back if there was a way I'd be asking for it. They should just call it "Raymonds" the name "At Raymonds" sounds stupid, if I went here, and someone asked "where are you?" I'd have to answer "At At Raymonds" that sounds ridiculous
