Sonia is amazing!! The staff are very professional and have great personalities. Their team work is very impressive. Sonia totally understood what I wanted with my hair and was able to provide it after just one visit. So happy I made the choice to book an appt with her. Thanks Sonia!

I have been a very satisfied customer for many years, and yet my hairstyles have continued to evolve thanks to my stylist, Sonia. Sonia listens to my concerns and suggestions, but is skilled enough to make recommendations regarding colour and cut that keep me on-trend. My challenging hair has made compliments rare and yet recently, after a visit to Elevate, a complete stranger told me my hair was beautiful! Thank you Sonia.

Nice little salon tucked out of the way of mainstream Waterloo however that does not mean second rate service. Staff is quite experienced and the salon has a nice atmosphere. Would recommend this salon to anyone.
