I have been going to First Impressions for 11 years as well as taking my 2 daughters. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have found this salon. I had been searching for a decent hair stylist for years until trying First Impressions when we moved to Aylmer. I have never been disappointed with my cuts or coulours and even if I was, they offer to fix any issue you may find upon getting home free of charge. These girls are like coming to visit with family every time I come. Welcoming,warm and knowledgeable staff who always take the time to make sure you are their top priority! I have never left disappointed!

Went there for a haircut and left worse off. I asked her to clean up the back and sides. I wanted a fade on the sides and a trim on the top. I spent around $21 plus tip and had to go to a barber in London to get it fixed. I didn't even know it was bad till I got back and my friends were laughing. The back was the main problem. It was uneven and looked like patches were missed. I did however leave with a good story which will be told for years

I've been a client for more than 20 years, Jamie and her staff are an absolute pleasure. I've never had a bad experience and they are always very accommodating to my schedule.

Jamie IS THE BEST, she takes care of my hair for over 3 years,,,,,,I drive to AYLMER from LONDON because I cant find hair stylist in LONDON,,,,BUT IT IS WORTH IT,,,,she always does great hair cut and highlights ,she is easy to com municate with,she was born to be hair stylist,,,I wish she moves to LONDON someday,hhheeeee,she recommends good product,I bought moose STAY HIGH 18 WHICH IS GREAT PRODUCT for fine hair,,,i recommend to try it,,,another thing Jamie recommended is spiral bend for pony tail you use it instead elastic band which damages and puling your hair,,the spiral bands are THE BEST,she keeps them on computer desk counter,get it ,,it is worth the money,,,and J AMIE THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF MY HAIR ZENA,LONDON ONT
