Worst costumer service ever! I arrived with my 2 year old to my appointment 10 min late. Once I got there, before I even opened my mouth to apologize, the girl at the front right away said you're 10 min late and I have to go on my lunch so you'll have to come back later. I tried to explain to her that I couldn't come later and if she can please just try and squeeze me in earlier. She very rudely said that she can't because she has to go on her lunch. I understand that this is partially my fault that I was late but it's not always easy being on time with a 2 year old in tow. She also could've been much nicer when talking to me but she was sooooo so rude! I wish I got her name so I could report her to the manager. And also may I add, while I understand that you need to go on your lunch, I'm a paying costumer, you can be 10min late taking your lunch. I worked in retail myself and I was always taught that customers come first... Maybe that's a died out belief. I never went back and I'm glad I didn't cuz I found a much nicer place that had amazing customer service and was able to take my son as a walk in.
