I came into Great Clips and presented a Virgin Mobile coupon that said it could be used at all locations in Canada. Two women who worked there told me that it wasn't for Great Clips, that it was for another company, when clearly it read Great Clips with their logo and same coloured font. They treated me like I was unintelligent and they were very rude. They would not let me use the discount and pretended to try to scan it, but I know they could also punch in the voucher code. They just didn't want to do it. They were unapologetic and I was very displeased with the service. I would never go back to this location. I went into another Great Clips and they let me use the coupon with no problems.

UPDATE: Reached out to the owner, as the post below indicates I should, Recieved NO RESPONSE. They literally just act like they're responding to negative reviews to appear as if they care to help customers they've done wrong to. Don't trust these guys. The price is not good for the service. Lady didn't even buzz my neck and proceeded to cut more hair than I had asked her too. Even before the haircut, she was rude to a couple customers who walked in. Maybe a language barrier, but still, she was rude and did not listen. At the end I was charged $21, $9 less than my actual barber, who does a way better job and at least has the courtesy to explain what hes going to do and ask if that's okay. She also had the audacity to tell me I should keep my hair longer on top...It was, before you cut it off, lady... Big mistake coming here.

My daughter went to get her haircut and specifically asked to have her hair cut 10 inches and left in a ponytail so she could donate her hair. As the stylist was about to cut her hair she reminded her to leave it in a ponytail to which the stylist said "i know" Unbelievably the stylist cut her hair without leaving it in a ponytail and basically made it impossible to donate. My daughter left in tears because of the incompetence of this salon

Great Clips is great if you don't get haircuts often because they record how you like your hair cut, so you don't have to remind them every time you go. For me, I do get my hair cut often, so my regular barber remembers my preferences. Still, this place is attractive if you're looking for a low-cost, consistent hair cut.

I have been going this place for very long time.. I am very satisfied with their service...also their application is very useful if you want to check in and get in front of the line...
