I asked for a quote upfront, they said $40 and charged me $70+tax. I asked for a trim, and a little layering. I ended up with layers that look like a staircase (super choppy), about 6 inches shorter in the front, but still really long in the back, so it kind of looks mullet-y now. Not blended at all and she cut WAY more than I wanted. I tried to style it myself at home, but it was so bad and choppy. I called the salon the next day and they made me an appointment with the owner (who was 20mins late). I kept saying I didn't want him to cut anymore hair, and he said "I won't I won't, I just need to inspect it" - and then started cutting my hair. He tried to curl it inwards to hide the layers, without using any heat protectant and burning the ends of my hair. He blamed the haircut on my hair type, saying "because you have fine hair, you can’t get layers". He also said it was because my hair was static-y. Won't be recommending this salon or returning.

Great place, great service, reasonable prices and friendly staff! I've been going there for over 10 years and there's a reason for it, I'm always more than satisfied. Diane, the lady who cuts my hair is amazing! She always gives me her honest opinion, if she thinks that a certain style won't be suitable, she'll tell me and then make suggestions. She has never tried to talk me into something that I wasn't comfortable with, never tries to up sell me with things that I don't need and more importantly, she listens. I always leave feeling great about the way I look! (and that's no easy task at my age ~ which isn't that old, lol ðŸ˜‰

I've been getting waxed by Yasmin for about a year and I can't say enough good things! She makes her clients feel very comfortable and is thorough each and every time. I highly suggest seeing her for your waxing and threading needs!

I had a haircut with a guy called Mario and besides rushing to finish the haircut he got angry when I asked him to have a little bit of shorter haircut. He completely lacks of customer service and shouldnt argue with the customer in loud vkice in front of everyone. Customer is always the most important persin in a business.

I have been going to this salon for years. I never have to worry if I can;t get Diane because everyone there is great. They always work me in if I forget or have to make a last minute appointment. Diane has been doing my hair for quite a few years - she's become a friend, I feel so comfortable Merry Robertson
