Appalling Customer Service! A first time client, I booked online 4 weeks prior for a Saturday afternoon for multiple services; I had my appointment confirmed by phone. Imagine my surprise when I arrive as scheduled & I am told my stylist is at a hair conference in Atlanta & they couldn’t reach me by phone (telephone they say on file was off by 1 digit) I reply no matter I’ll see another stylist. I’m told they have no one available. The salon manager Jordan asks who I spoke to that confirmed the booking, I reply it was him I spoke to! He again repeats, with an attitude, they would have simply rebooked me if they had someone who could see me! Then he looked on his computer & sees my first time at the salon & then he offers me a discount IF I decide to return. I literally am screwed as I cannot get an appointment anywhere else for almost a week.., I leave incredibly upset & incredulous that they couldn’t have at least given me partial service by one of the multiple stylists that work there!! I make a Facebook post about my horrible experience because he absolutely couldn’t have cared less about apologizing or making right THEIR error when I was speaking to him at the time. I can only thank God I could cancel my plans & didn’t have a major event to attend last Saturday. 4 days later I get a phone call of apology from Jordan, the salon manager, that I saw in person Saturday saying he didn’t properly explain himself & he had been flustered. “Sorry” days later just cannot give me my time, travel costs back, or make up for my inconsiderate & highly unprofessional treatment.
