Stay away unless you want to get ripped off

I'd stay away from the shady business practices of this place. I booked my daughter there for a cut and colour before and had no problems. The next time I sent her in when I wasn't there, they doubled the price without informing me. When I contacted the manager/owner, he smugly replied, I guess you should have had a talk with her before warning her not to get taken advantage of. They may do nice work, as many reviewers mention, but the poor business practices alone and price gouging are the warning I will leave you with. Never again will we go back to this place.

I absolutely love every experience I have at Pierino Scarfo Salon. Dana is so kind and fun to talk to! She is efficient and precise and I’m always so happy with my results. I love all the staff at the salon and will be back for sure.

First time there for a men's cut. From the admin at the front desk to the stylist to the manager/owner, all first class, engaging and professional. As for the cut, well let's just say the old self esteem increased when I walked outta there!

Pierino himself did my root touch-up and gave me an amazing hair cut. 😍 Just loved the style. Recommending it and i now know where to go for my hair.

Great overall experience from the beginning to the end. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.. I felt like I could trust the artist to do what was best for my needs.

Pierino got me in to see Tess the same day i inquired. Got some boxer/Dutch braids done and was in and out so efficiently with perfect hair. You guys always rule! And welcome to Ottawa, Tess! Thank you Pierino!
