I wouldnt suggest this salon to Asians unless they have worked on their customer service or could be just that one stylist. I did go in without an appointment and would have come back if I weren't told they are not busy right now and I was the only customer for next 2 hrs. I asked for a discount, as I mentioned to the stylist I live nearby and was looking for a new hair stylist, next thing I was explained how much all her training and their organic products cost. She concluded I wouldnt know hair stylists go through training or vegan products cost more.
Edit: I dint ask for the price even before I got seated, even if I did, with this being my first visit it shouldnt be that wrong. I remembered to ask about it only during my hair wash or after it, as over the years I have been spending on hair salons the same amount I paid here and already have idea of how much it could cost. I dont want your refund, it doesnt change what's been done and on top of it this reply of finding ways to cover it up.
