I always am so thrilled with the service and results at Texture. I see Laura every few months, and she listens to exactly what I want and usually enhances it. She is great at answering any questions I have, showing me techniques or recommending products. I considered myself seriously challenged with doing my hair or just having a decent haircut that was anything slightly different than one length one colour, but Laura surpasses my expectations every time I visit! I get a million compliments from as soon as I leave the salon until even weeks or months later because my hair still looks healthy and fresh. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a smile, they take your coat and offer you a drink. I never wait long at all and everyone seems genuinely excited to have you there and make you look great. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. Overall, I have had a ton of hairdressers before but since going to Laura about a year ago I would never let anyone near my head with a pair of scissors ever again.

The service is always the best! Both Dawn & Chelsea are totally awesome. Amazing cuts and colour, without fail. I recently got an up-do with added extensions (by Dawn) AND my makeup done there also for an evening event I was attending... both, stellar! I got compliments the entire night. I'm never leaving this salon!!!

Visited the salon for the first time recently for a cut and it was suggested I get some highlights to show more volume. I'm not sure about the cut yet, as for the highlights they are barely noticeable. I had an evening out with 10 girlfriends the same evening and not one of them noticed anything different and that was $250+ later. Even after getting home, my husband asked if I had cancelled my appointment since my hair looked pretty much the same. :(

Kara is a hair wizard. Give her your worst hairdo and she can transform it into magic. Went in with long boring hair and walked out with a stylish Bob ! And the best part is, I donâ€™t even need to style them everyday, they fall just so perfectly. Oh and Sandra for color. Sheâ€™s just awesome.

Would not recommend and will not be returning. Specifically, stay away from ARIELLE. I seriously suspect that she has had no formal training. She is extremely nasty, and even blocked me on Instagram like an immature high schooler when I commented on a photo that she posted of MY hair and said that it was not what I asked for. I asked for a rich, chocolate brown colour and received a brassy, borderline orange colour. The colour was extremely uneven...my roots were dark, half of my head was orange, the ends were light brown. I have no idea why, but it took the stylist over 4.5 hours. I contacted the salon and went back a couple of days later to have it â€œcorrected.â€ I had my hair dyed dark again because I didnâ€™t trust to just have a toner put on...I knew it would still look like a mess if it was only toned. The colour is still uneven and half of my hair is still lighter than the other half. My hair is so unbelievably damaged from the bleach and feels beyond repair at this point. It is sickening to me that I spent $287 on this DISASTER...and that was with the 20% discount because I am a student and came in on a Wednesday. I wish I was refunded when I came in for the correction. Avoid this place if you enjoy having your hair done right and donâ€™t like spending an arm and a leg for destroyed hair.
