I have been going to Rinaldo’s and referring people to this salon for about a year or so. However, I do not recommend going to this salon anymore as the font desk customer service is not worth the hassle. I had previously found it a little cold and my last experience was enough to have me go elsewhere.
I called to reschedule an appointment and spoke to someone over the phone. When I came to my new appointment, I was accused of missing my original one and not having anything scheduled for this day. Fine – mistakes happen but instead of being kind or offering me any apology or anything, I was disrespected. They did not acknowledge that they could have made the mistake. I was told they had no proof that I called in the first place and they even argued that they tried to call me on my missed appointment despite the fact that I never had a missed call or voicemail. It was apparently my fault for not taking down the name of the person I spoken to over the phone and I was lying now, showing up on a Saturday morning trying to get in without an appointment. Coming from a sudden death in the family, I did not have it in me to argue with the accusing woman in front of me and left. As a general rule – you should be kind to people (you don’t know what they are living) and you should be especially kind to your customers who have referred others to your business.
I will not be going back there and it is too bad since previously I only dealt with Junior Hairstylist, Valentina, who is lovely and did a great job with cut, color and styling my hair.
