While the cut was nice, Mia didn't talk to me! She was literally going to do just a straight cut. I had to ask about the shampooing and to actually give me a style. I had even come in a few days beforehand to talk to someone to ensure that I would have enough time and confirm the services. Mia didn't ask me about my routine or preferences and in the end, cut my hair way too short. I specifically told her I need to wear a bun and she left me with hardly enough length to make a tiny ponytail. My hair length is a big deal where I work so I mentioned it a couple of times. We discussed (at my prompting) cutting 10-12 inches and in the end, it was 16 plus she still had to trim it up as one end was very crooked. Maybe it was because I was her last appointment on a Saturday but I did not get the experience I expected.

I had the same waist length mop of hair for ELEVEN years. Mia made me feel comfortable and gave me a great new cut and look. I had a lot of fun at the salon and I felt like they all took the time to make sure everyone was happy and liking their cuts. If you want a nice experience and a nice cut without any fuss or drama this is the place!

Love Clara, my hairdresser. Never a disappointing cut or colour and we always find time to share stories and have a good laugh over something. Great team!
