I'm not one to write bad reviews but as an advice don't get a haircut from Vivian. It's the second time she cuts my hair way too short after I insist on the length I want (over an inch shorter than what I asked). Well at least it will grow back!

Called to book an appointment the other day..went in late (felt so bad, thank you toddler) Poor Wida saw my hair that was thicker than all the Kardashians thighs combined and started just after 9 am and by 1 PM my hair was transformed into the softest most beautifully colored balayage work of art! I highly reccomend this place to anyone, Wida is amazing!

Service really left alot to be desired. I am a very respectful and reasonable person but when you book an appointment and arrive early you expect to be served instead of just sitting there for 40 minutes while 4 other people are served before you even though you came before all of them. I wanted to like this place as it has a good atmosphere but the service was just sad.

After parting ways with my stylist of 7 years, I decided to look for a hair salon that was closed to my home. My brother in law suggested Lasting Impressions because he has been going there for years. I also had a coworker suggest this hair salon, I took a leap of faith and decided to go ahead and book an appointment. The receptionist was extremely friendly and was able to fit me in for the evening. When I arrived at the salon, I was received with a cordial salute, the receptionist was super nice and she was trying to get to know me better. Since I love talking I just had fun telling her about myself. I was paired with Joe who took the time to examine my hair needs and styled my hair to suit my face shape. I was given a VIP treatment, I cannot say enough about my experience. I still ave to drop by to buy my hair treatment..I can't wait to go back.
