One of my worst experiences EVER! Everyone was nice and all, but their time is more important that the customer satisfaction. I got a balayage and when I pointed out a thick blonde streak that was noticeable. MELANIE..... CUT MY HAIR, she just cut the right across about 2 inches from the top of my hair. It was straightened at the time so I didn’t notice it, but when I got home, that chuck of hair she CUT OFF was sticking right up in the air. I could not believe she cut my hair rather than go back and fix it. When I first arrived, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said, “oh I didn’t know that was what you were talking about when you called to book an appointment, so I asked her if it going to look like the picture during while she was putting foils in my hair, and she said we don’t have enough time to make it look like that, you’d think she’d tell me this before she started foiling my hair. I just can’t believe Melanie! She’s an older lady too, she should know better than to cut a customers hair so it sticks up 3 month the later, and should learn to go back and fix their mistakes.
