I have only ever gotten massages here but i always leave a happy, satisfied customer. Plus they have started carrying a range of CBD lotions and other products which is awesome!

For my wedding, all of the ladies (including me) had hair done at the salon. If you want them to come to your venue, they charge per person so we opted to have our hair done at the studio. It actually turned out great. We were allowed to bring food, and champagne and they even had a table set out and offered to pour drinks for us! There were four hair stylists working with my large group and they seemed to move through them relatively quickly. And I didn't hear any complaints from the girls. I had a trial done on my hair a few months prior and on my wedding day she referenced the photo and did my hair accordingly. I was pretty happy with how it turned out. My only small complaint is as the night went on my hair piece became very loose to the point where I just took it out. I have pretty fine hair...so it easily could have been that with the heavy hair piece. Either way, I was pleased with our service at the salon.

I will never go to this place nor recommend them to ANYONE! I called to inquire about specific colors I wanted to highlight my hair and not only did the receptionist laugh directly into the phone, she put the phone down and I heard the rest of the staff cracking up. I guess the fact that I just moved to the area and have an accent is hysterical to them. Unfortunately for them the process I was looking to have done would've cost upwards of $300 based on their price list since it was a combination of platinum service with other custom colors. If they have the audacity to laugh openly knowing I can hear them, I can on imagine what they say or do to their regular customers behind their back. Terrible customer service skills!

I literally got the worst haircut of my life there. I am so embarrassed by it, I don't want to go anywhere. Unfortunately it is so short and so uneven , there is literally nothing anyone can do to help this mess except pray that my hair grows very fast. Never ever again !
