This is a family run business hence the owner have this warm and fuzzy personality that makes everyone comfortable. They listen , they actually listen when you tell them that you are growing your hair and just want a trim🤣. I personally love jimmy, he is very good at cutting hairs. I have thick black hair and they can be frizzy and dry, so many times hairstylist are not able to give a cut keeping that in mind. The rates are also very reasonable and they never push unnecessary services or products.

I don't know why I tried someone else. When I whent back to Carousel I realised this was the one and only place for me. Cathy, the hair dresser did what someone else said couldn't be done and it didn't even cost me an arm or even a hand. Just a hug.

I had a wonderful experience. Steve did an awesome job with my awful mess of hair. But I will go back for the fabulous coffee of Cathy! Better than Tim or any other I had around here!

The best salon ever. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I got my hair washed and cut it was amazing experience. Jimmy is a great person who cut my hair will see him again. The staff are professional and the hair wash is super relaxing and invigorating. Will visit for sure in the future. I would recommend this great salon and it's a gem in Danforth.
