My experience at Donato Salon (Shops of Don Mills) with Tashana was amazing and so luxurious. Tashana did my highlights and hair colour. She's absolutely wonderful and made my experience so great. Tashana chose the perfect shade of colour and highlights for my skin tone and she executed on what I wanted. Her shampoo and hair colour techniques were so smooth and relaxing. I appreciate her customer service and the way she treated me. I will only be going to Tashana from now on. Ivy did my blow-dry and she was super gentle and styled my hair perfectly. Thank you Donato Salon for the most amazing hair experience. I look forward to my next appointment.

My experience at Donato was amazing! The salon itself is stunning and the staff are very friendly. I got my hair balayaged by Tashana who was super lovely and thoroughly explained what was realistically achievable for my hair since I had box dyed it previously. I then had my hair cut and styled by Fresh who absolutely great! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and really listened and executed what I asked for. Both these ladies were very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations, I will be back and 100% recommend them!

Horrible experience the mutilated my hair . The persons name was Fresh run far away from this woman . Not only did she butcher my hair , I told her several times she was going to short , then she just started taking chunks out of the back with a razor . New hairdresser said there nothing that can be done until it grows out a bit., she was horrible afterwards trying to blame me. Ben there own receptionist said it looked bad and nothing like I requested.

I can’t express how grateful I am to have gotten my hair coloured by Tashana. I have very dark hair and it’s been so difficult to get the perfect blonde. I went to two other salons prior and they butchered my hair. I always leave crying because they over process my hair and I never get that blonde I want. When I came in I was hesitant because of my prior experiences, but Tashana made me feel so comfortable. She explained what she was going to do and made me feel a huge sense of relief. My hair was a disaster when I walked in now it’s perfectly blended. I rave to all my friends about my new hair stylist and I can’t wait to be a blonde for the rest of my life. Thanks Tashana for rescuing my hair and turning me into a confident blonde goddess!! I feel hotter than I’ve ever been my whole life.

I have been going to this salon for a number of years, and my most recent visit with Andrea for balayage was excellent. The staff are friendly, considerate, and professional... the space is clearly managed very well & I would not hesitate to book another appointment for a touch up.
