I recently got an order from this lady. She is a pathological liar, she will make it seem like she is close by but in fact more than 2 hours away. My friend got some hair from her that she liked last year so I contacted her and she gave me really bad quality When I called to ask for a refund she would answer and say its her assistant (it sounded like her). I basically got the run around until 2 weeks later she said it was too late to receive a refund mind you I didn't even install the hair. Very dishonest selfish person!

The name of this store is called Bk Unique Hair. They changed it shortly after this review was posted. The worst customer service experience ever. Do not come here!!! The owner is not an honest person. Anything to get your money. I spent $800 on a wig that looks like its falling in shambles. She refused to even make me another one, or allow me to exchange. The wig was not worn. This happened on the same day I received the wig in the store. She does not respect your time or money. She will arrive late to appointments. Save yourself stress and check out other places!
