I was in their salon yesterday for our balayage, together with a friend. It was not a satisfying experience for both of us, it was pricey and it was not worth it. They are rushing and they don’t listen. Because the inspo pic was not met at all, I was asking for a touch up/ if not a refund but they blocked me in their IG account. They are unprofessional. I will not recommend this salon! Go some place else.

If you'll notice there are no photos of short haircuts. I think this is because they are not very creative with short hair. It's not that difficult to take a few inches off the bottom of long hair.

I discovered Olivia's page through Instagram and was excited that Chairacters was located fairly close to my home. When I first walked in to the salon, the vibe was bright and welcoming. I received a warm greeting by both Olivia and Patricia who were very kind and genuine. I came for a haircut but left with a memorable experience. Not only did Olivia exceed my expectations - she was also able to educate me on proper hair care maintenance and washing/styling techniques that I could apply at home! I felt so comfortable with her from the start and when I showed her my hair inspiration picture, she was able to fulfill my desired look! I am grateful to have stumbled upon this hidden gem, I will definitely be back! Excellent service! Thank you both!

What an amazing salon!!!! Love my colour and cut. All staff is fantastic. They know their stuff so well and suggest what would look best. Olivia and Patty you ladies are simply wonderful. Thanks for my great look!!

Absolutely love this salon and the people in it. I feel so at home when I am here. I've never been one to go out and get my hair done but after a simple cut by Olivia I finally felt like I could trust someone with my hair. Olivia is truly amazing at her craft and I would definitely recommend coming to see her or any of the talented women that work here.

Just had an amazing experience at Chairacters! Olivia did such a fantastic job with my colour and cut, I was literally moved to tears. As a new mom I often feel like I can’t spend as much time on my appearance as I’d like to, and thanks to Chairacters I left the salon today feeling beautiful and refreshed! The staff were so friendly and the prices were great - I will definitely be visiting them again! Best hair cut and colour I’ve ever had!

Chairacters has always been for me the place where I can go in any mood and always leave ecstatic and ready to take on the world. This is because at Chairacters they really make you fell and look great. They are always professional educating me on what my hair needs but make sure the experience is Lots of fun and relaxing too. I have been through many life challenges and Chairacters has been with me through it all. They have also been the ones to make me look my best during each and every function and celebration I have attended. The new shop is absolutely gorgeous. I love every visit at Chairacters.
