I thought that I found the perfect salon, until I had my colour done with Michelle 2 weeks ago.I am quite unhappy. I was booked for an ombre balayage. I felt that I was quite specific with what I wanted and after showing a few pictures I thought we were on the same page. I am not satisfied with the outcome, because it isn't what I wanted and I feel like I wasn't listened to. After 2 days of hesitation, I called back, they were willing to fix it, but they only gave me one available spot, which did't work for me. I feel that they should be more flexible accomodationg clients, especially because I had to book way ahead.I am dissapointed. I started following them on Instagram during lockdown and I was looking forward to get my hair done after 8 months.Now I have to wait another few to go somewhere else and get it done properly.

You walk out with the best haircut for YOU and the happiest mood because their energy is all about love, light, and positivity. I live quite far from both locations but I make the trek because HAIRLOVE is worth it.
