I love my hair thanks to the wonderful ladies at Salon Diva! They are accommodating, have great customer service, and their work is incredible. I will definitely be back!

The biggest mistake and regret was doing my hair with Vern. All she cares about is money, she has absolutely no passion or proper knowledge on all types of hair. She is a young girl who works at her mothers salon and pretends she knows it all. She lacks customer service skills and is rude and scams people on products, selling shampoos that “ strips box die out” which is a joke. I came in wanting balayage and walked out with random patches of weird Colours that are barely blonde and I have breakage and damage all over my head. I confronted her about this several times and Got nothing from it. She had no desire to help me, offer me anything and was very defensive. I’m sorry, but from what I recall no one said one threatening message and I have conversation to show for that, as for a salon who advocates for their clients to be satisfied, once again you arent resolving the issue, rather continuing an immature approach to the situation. All I wanted was for my hair to be fixed, no ones looking for a freebie. I’m glad you replied in such a way so future clients can see this response.

I’ve been seeing Vern for my highlights and balayage for a year now. I’m super happy with my hair and always get compliments on my colour. I would def recommend this place. Keep up the good work Vern!

Where do I begin to express just how thrilled i am each and every time i leave GOD , Salon Diva? I have been going there for a few years now and never have I received so many compliments on the amazing hair colour that Vern does fro me...... she started by correcting the overbleache blond hair that I walked in with ! I have been treated with 5 star service EVERY time .... I get trims and they do just enough to keep my hair healthy while still ensuring the length isn’t comprised .... you know when you say just take off a bit and often leave other salons feeling sad, like where did my long hair go? Not here! The entire team is professional and gives each client personalized care ! AMAZING COLOURS, AMAZING TRIMS, AMAZING BLOW OUTS..... AMAZING TEAM! I totally recommend Salon Diva and cannot thank the girls enough for making me pretty! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
