Absolutely loved my up-do! I came in with a very abstract vision and Alana took all things I like and created a beautiful and elegant look; I received so many compliments on it at my formal. As an aside, the salon is so cool! I will definitely be coming back and requesting Alana again!

Alana is a wonderful and talented hair stylist. I've gone to her twice and both times I was not disappointed. She does an amazing job. Additionally, the atmosphere is awesome!

I get mad to this place with the hairdresser Jocelyn. The website mark women's hair cut 32 dollars, I paid $30 for a 2 minitues consulation, if you don't go back, you paid $30 for 2 mins talk. Fine, I went back for a haircut to use this 30 bucks. I asked before getting started to make sure if I can use the credit They said yes, so I did haircut. Just a standard haircut, wash, blowout, within 30 mins they charge me $50! Probably other hairdressers were not that bad, but I had a horrible experience with them.I will never go back.

I did not do my hair here however I would like to add my experience with one member of the staff. I understand caution but I just felt like the lady who greeted me at reception (she was a senior stylist) was not very nice and basically said what I wanted would be super expensive and probably impossible and would take many sessions. I left feeling defeated, like I would never get what I wanted and it would cost me a fortune. However, I did get my hair done at another salon by a very talented team and they went above and beyond and actually got me pretty close to where I wanted in one session at a fraction of the cost Cabello wanted. I'm giving them 2 stars based on my customer service experience at the door.
