Big thank you to molly! My balayage was exactly what I wanted and Iâ€™m still getting compliments on it weeks later. It was my first appointment with her and she was very good at achieving the exact ashy look that I wanted with my dark brown hair. Will definitely be back :)

Went in with blonde hair wanting blonde balayage and paid $200 for icky olive green hair with no haircut or olaplex. It took over an hour for the stylist to â€mix the colorâ€ which translated to her sitting down on her phone texting for an hour. I was in the salon for 7 hour total, a first in my life especially since I was in the same blonde shade range. I get that things happen, hair isn't easy. Minus the bad and overpriced color the defining factor was the attitude that the manager had when I asked her how she would like to fix the situation. She made clear her stylist was from Toronto and she thought I was lying about my hair. Never got back to me when she said she would so I stopped by the salon so she could see it in person and politely asked to book an appointment to fix it. She gave me a dirty look and told me to leave, leaving a snappy message a few days later. This for me is the main reason I'll never visit this salon again and choose instead Pop, cabellos or pretty much anywhere else.
