I worked there 5 years!ago and returned last week. I quit my job today because the place is a chop shop. I am a fully certified Esthecitian and buyer beware...not one girl working there is certified in Canada which is illegal and dangerous under Canadian law.i have no idea how they are able to get insurance for blood and body fluids. In fact they are committing insurance fraud as re reading this. If they injure you you could sue but you would get nothing. They should be shut down by the health inspector immediately!

I had the worst experience ever here today. I went to go get a set of gel nails done. I asked them to make the nails a reasonable length. The esthetician argued with me. I explained that i needed shorter nails so that I am able to type and play my instrument. She left them extremely long despite my constant requests to shorten them. The polish is worse than if a 8 year old did it, and I swear I am not exaggerating! There are huge drips in the polish in some nails and so thin in others that I can see through it. Some nails even have hard bumps in the polish like the polish has dirt in it. I left the salon angry and upset and they wouldn't do anything about it. Within 3 minutes the first nail fell off when I went to buckle my seat belt. I returned and they put on a new nail but didn't fix any of the other issues. I tried calling back to the salon and asked to speak to either an owner or manager and I swear the girl told me she has no way to contact the owner, there is no way to make a complaint, there is nothing I can do or talk to. I asked her who signs her paycheques and she just replied..'There is nothing I can tell you'. I will gladly pay someone to remove these and start over but please, I beg you... do not ever go here! BTW, I had received good reviews from at least one friend who had been here for a pedicure. While I'm glad they had a better experience, they obviously hire people who aren't fit to do this work and don't stand behind it. It isn't worth the risk!

Terrible terrible experience with a poorly trained technician. She made me sit on my hip and lift my foot so she could reach the bottom of my foot! She didn't use toe seperators to apply polish, and it was sloppy and uneven. She tried to put my sandles on as soon as she finished the paint and smeared it. When she tried to redo it, it was a big mess. She wouldn't let me sit under the drier to finish them and made me walk out like that. When I told the manager that I was displeased she was aggressive and rude. She actually refused to give me her name and walked into an office and slammed the door. A woman waiting in the front looked at me, shocked, and said ' that is not the way to treat a customer'. My pedicure didn't last a week. Appallingly poor service.
