Horribly ran. I booked online (through Facebook and still have the messages) for a facial and pedicure as per their prices online. When I got there the lady doing my facial told me I pretty much am not allowed to get the facial I chose and that I had to go with something else. It was the most uncomfortable facial ever. I also had booked the cheapest pedicure with no shellac and ended up paying for the most expensive with shellac added. I walked away with a bill over $200 and that was with their “30% off all services†event. I called the next day (Sunday) and the girl I spoke with on the phone reassured me that a manager would call the next day (Monday). No call. I called Tuesday afternoon and spoke with someone who rudely told me “the manager is busy and will get back to you whenever she has timeâ€. I missed a call on Wednesday, assuming from the manager, and called back 3 minutes later. However, I spoke with the front desk person who “had a sheet of paper from the manager†and couldn’t provide me with any answers, other than the facial I paid for is actually $150 not $135 as their website falsely advertises. I have tanned here for years, will never go back.
