I attended this Hair Studio on June 14th in the evening to purchase some hair conditioner, as I was visiting in the area. When I walked in I saw that the hair stylists were busy with clients, and that was not an issue. I waited for about five minutes for someone to notice that I was inside the studio and then at the till, ( after I had selected my product), but no one looked in my direction (it seemed unnecessary for me to yell at them across the room).
One of the stylists finished their service with a client, and at that point approached the till. They saw I was there and rang through my purchase, which I appreciated as they were still finishing with their client, and I would have understood if she had asked me to wait until she was finished ringing through her client.
But, I did feel that the stylist's demeanor was not the friendliest, in terms of what she said and making me feel that I was not a valued customer. My reason for writing this review is to let you know that customer service goes a long way in having people want to come back and book in at your studio, and for stylists/reception to be aware of people that walk in off the street, and to make them feel welcome and that they feel seen and valued.
