I found a great stylist who listened to what I wanted and was happy. When she left I tried someone else and was not happy. I went several places elsewhere and came back to try another stylist. First cut was good, I hope she stays and continues to listen about what I want. I had a stylist for 25 years and find it disheartening that I can't seam to find someone who will just listen and look at the picture I am showing them.

I walked in and was informed there's an hour and 30 minute wait. The waiting area was empty. 10 minutes later #1 showed. I decided to wait 20 minutes and look for #2. (Update: #2 showed within 20 minutes of my walk in!) It seems they take appts and walk-ins must wait for the online appts. Conclusion: make an hour advance appt. Also there was only one stylist on from 7-9 and a receptionist.

I arrived and checked in person and told about a 25 to 30 min wait. It looked like they enteted me in their reservation list but about On Line registrations kept coming in and my name got puahed from 5 to the bottom of the list. Then several 2 people onlines showed up and i was puahed further down the list. I checked in online after waiting 45 min and magically I was now #5. Needless to say their registration queue software is no good. Very disappo8nted now i left.
