Worst haircut I have ever had. I've been going to Fantastic Sam's for 20+ years, but never going back again. I had 2 bad haircuts at the Guadalupe and Rural location so I tried this one. One good cut, then one not so good, now this terrible one. They were all nice, but I cringe every time I look in the mirror. I told her I was growing it out and wanted to keep the length. She chopped off 2 inches, then 2 more inches on the left and not on the right. So I have 2 different lengths, one side is just below my ear and the other is almost to my shoulder. My hair was shoulder length when I came in! I went back and talked to the manager who tried to fix it. She showed the stylist how it was 1 1/2 inch longer on one side and fixed the back, but told me the rest looked good. She said sometimes they get to talking and make mistakes and gave me a coupon for a free cut, which I will never use. I pay for a haircut, not conversation. If they can't do both, be quiet and just cut hair!!

I've been here twice. Both times I got a hair cut that I really like. They listen to what I want and they always do a great job unlike many other similar salons.

We have been twice as a family. They are AWESOME with toddler boys (mine are 3 1/2 and 2. They do quality haircuts and are very patient and accommodating with our boys. We love this Fantastic Sams location!!

I came here on my lunch break. Heather was the manager on staff she was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She got me in right away with no wait. Miriam was my stylist she was new to the shop and you can tell she really takes pride in what she does. The other stylists were very personable too. I was able to make it back on time from my lunch break! I love how fresh and clean cut my hair feels it was exactly what I wanted not too much or too little. I will be back. Thank you guys!
