If i can give them no stars i would i went Saturday afternoon at 2:00 and my friend wanted at trim the lady working there said it would be a hour wait which i didn't mind. When we were sitting in the waiting area the lady told us that she wanted to leave because we were watching her cut a customers hair she said that she felt threatened with us watching her and if we didn't leave she would call the police on us. It was terrible service and i will never go back for this one experience it was extremely rude and i cant believe she kicked us out for something so small we just wanted to see her hair cut style i understand if she felt uncomfortable or whatever but we looked up for a second she could have handled that way better.

Over the last six months I've visited this location four times on four different occasions. Only once was it open, when showing open online. I go to Great Clips now.

So so so happy with the service here. I came in for partial highlights and a cut and got exactly what I asked for (it actually turned out better than I thought it would). What I liked the most is the staff actually had suggestion for what I should do with my hair. I know NOTHING about hair, so it's hard for me to know what's best for it, meaning I heavily rely on the stylist to tell me what would be best for my hair while sticking to what I want done. Overall, super happy with my service. I'll be coming back in the future. :)

Theyâ€™ve recently got a new manager, Jerald, heâ€™s fabulous! He not only listened to my concerns but he was able to execute exactly what I wanted but wasnâ€™t able to completely verbalize ...heâ€™s a magician! His talent is beyond your typical SuperCuts stylist and from what i could see the other staff seemed great as well.

Stylist was fine. Owners put her in by herself with no training. This is a FRANCHISE and won't honor company promotions. Owners didn't care about my experience. Save your time and money
