The reservation system is terrible. I understand that this aspect of the business is run by the corporate office, but the response to this error was not customer service oriented. I drove my two kids 25 minutes to get to my appointment. I was then told that my reservations were for Tues, rather than today, which is Sun. This is the fault of the system, which I showed proof of to the owner/manager/person behind the desk. Her response was that they are booked up and that she didn't have any help, as the person there with her was on-call with the hospital. Clearly, there should have been more people working as this is the Sunday before Thanksgiving, but she just didn't seem to care that we had just driven 25 minutes just to be told that the reservation system stinks. She did offer me an appointment for that evening, but that wasnt possible for me. Honestly, I don't quite understand how she couldn't just squeeze them in. My boys were just getting trims, there were 2 stylists in there (one was working on someone) and no one waiting. She kept blaming corporate, but that is not my fault. I shouldn't have been left in the dust because of this. I will not be going back because I don't like when businesses don't own up to their mistakes and take care of them and their customers. When I told her that I wouldn't be coming back, she responded with "ok, have a nice day." I guess since she was booked up, she didn't need my business anyway. 😞
