Yikes

I terrified for my life! This monster of a blonde woman, said she was the manager, Sherri or Sheryl, grabbed my purse and my hair at the same time accusing me of stealing while with my children! I just purchased a little mermaid makeup set for my daughter and showed the receipt and she stated she was going to have me thrown into the mall jail for a day and have my children see their mother behind the glass! What is wrong with her? Does she need a doctor?! We ran out of there as she tried to grab my son out of my hands! Terrifying, I think she was trying to eat my children and arranged my detainment to make candy out of them! Such a scary experience, please do not go there!!!!

Had an issue with another store. I worked with the manager Naomi. She was able to exchange my item and she got me another 20% off with their rewards card. This is our go to store from now on.

Ugh... I could have had a better experience at Walmart! I used to go to Ulta for a fun experience, knowing I could get good info from knowledgeable, friendly associates. NOT anymore, apparently. (And obviously I'm not the only one too feel that way, as the manger was dealing with another unhappy customer while we were there!)

Was there a couple of days ago and how awful of the manager sherry to be looking through a young ladies makeup bag in front of customers telling her to throw out her makeup how awful to put an employee like that. How embarrassing I will not be shopping here no longer awful. Ulta do better and train your managers better. Go over protocols better. Awful

I’d give it a ZERO star if I could. Staff is rude and not helpful. So I found the manager (older blonde lady) and that was a mistake as she was not understanding and literally made me feel awful for not understanding. I’m finally starting to wear makeup to feel good about myself and they made it the worst experience ever. Got better help at Walgreens down the road

Ulta won’t do anything to people who come in and actually steal things from their stores but will check the bags and clothes from their own employees.
