Nothing necessarily wrong happened but overall I had an unsatisfactory experience. I walked in with two other friends and we were approached by at least seven different employees over the course of our visit. I understand working as a receptionist and a retail worker myself that is part of their job however, it came across as overbearing and made us very uncomfortable. We could not even swatch a palette without an employee hovering over us, one lady (I assume the manager?) was chasing us around with a palette. Again, I appreciate their willingness to help but it seemed very pushy and it was uncomfortable going around the store with someone breathing on your neck at all times. Finally came time to pay and the coupon was not loading so the cashier suggested we stand near the entrance sure enough it loaded, but she refuted it cause the transaction "went through" (I had paid with cash). As mentioned before I work retail and when paid with cash it is super easy to reverse the transaction and it is even reversible with credit cards. Anyways, I was not going to let the coupon situation be a problem because I did not want to make the employees uncomfortable. Hours go by and when I go home I notice I have money missing from my purse the cashier did not give me ANY change back! I came back and they were able to return it. So as previously stated nothing erroneous happened but it was not a good experience for us and we do not plan on visiting this location again :/
