I cannot emphasize enough that Heather truly cares about her clients and goes to any means to make you feel comfortable in her chair. Her expertise in the Cosmetology field is remarkable as in addition to the immense amount of knowledge she already embodies, she continues to further her education to provide her clients with superior service. The organic products she utilizes absolutely do perform to the equivalent of magic, my hair has never felt better and being a blonde, healthy hair is a great challenge for me!! I look forward to my appointments and just simply getting to catch up with someone who has become a close friend. Heather is everything you could ask for in a hair dresser, book your appointment now, you will walk through her door and gladly never look back!!

I've been getting my hair colored and cut with Heather at Shear Organic since I moved to Arizona in 2014. Previously I had never done organic color or hair products. The difference was noticeable immediately! My hair got so soft and everyone complimented the color. At each visit Heather talks with you to make sure the products, color and cut are working for you. She is helpful to make suggestions if you "want something different". Heather constantly researches new products and innovations in organic color. She is really passionate about her work and it shows in her client relationships. I really look forward to my visits with Heather. It's more than an appointment. I feel like I'm hanging out with a friend while getting a great color and cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Are you looking for a private hair salon experience using safe, organic products? This is the place for you! Heather is awesome at what she does. I have had highlights done at a number of salons in the past, but none have ever been as beautiful or natural looking as what Heather has done. She blended the perfect mix of color to complement my features. My hair grows out well and stays healthy. Her salon is all organic, so you won't be hit with any stinky chemical smell when you go inside. The only downside is that it can be hard to get an appointment (she is in high demand!) so book early! ETA: The two negative reviews I see (as of this update) are clearly fake reviews and it's upsetting that they would try to sabotage a small local business. First, ALL the products Heather uses are safe and organic. It's still possible that the person could have had an allergic reaction, because people can have reactions to specific ingredients (natural or not!), but that isn't the stylist's fault. And the review saying that Heather couldn't get her in for a week? Also fake, because if you can get in a week out, consider yourself lucky. Heather runs the salon by herself and has a long list of happy clients, so booking an appointment requires planning ahead. Shame on fake reviewers.

I have been seeing Heather for about 6 years and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with her!! I first saw her when I had orange hair due to a poor experience at another salon. One time in her chair and my hair was 100x better! I feel so comfortable with her and always just tell her to do whatever she feels would look best because I am confident it will look great... and it always does. She takes her work so seriously and really takes pride in what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares for her clients and always wants to ensure that they are happy with their results. She always makes sure you are positive with your decision before making any drastic changes because your satisfaction with the end product is always her top priority. I have referred a number of people to her because I have nothing but good things to say about the work she does. I have, and will, follow her anywhere!

Heather is a one of a kind hair stylist and artist. Her products combined with her technique never fail to translate to a masterpiece. I have never encountered another hair stylist who can do my hair as flawless as she can. Her truly organic products along with her skill set her apart from others and it is what truly makes her unique amongst a world full of hair professionals. I really do not know why she is not a world wide sensation yet but I am so grateful to have found someone that I can entrust with a piece of me. I do not say any of this lightly but purely through truth and experience, Heather will never cease to amaze you.
