Every time I go to Fantastic Sams they are kind,clean,very respectful nothing bad to say.Also,they do great job coloring my hair.

Everyone is so down to Earth and friendly. You actually get the best stylists there because they are all very experienced. I am a perfectionist and am very selective as to who I go to and I can assure you everyone working at this salon is better than those I've been too with high end prices and high names. Just please do your wallet, yourself, and your hair a favor and go here instead of to somewhere (falsely high end). They see more customers than those salons do and are more with up and coming trends it seems. If you don't get your hair done here it's a shame but ultimately your decision. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!! Also Sara puts the FANTASTIC IN SAMS!!!!

HORRIBLE, BAD, THE WORST. The worst place EVER to go!!! Save yourself the trouble of getting a horrible service and them wrecking your hair!!!! I went there for a touch up and came out with a whole different color. Forget about them being great business owners or staff as all they do is not correct the problem, hang up on you and then disconnect the phone for a while. Are you serious. I have pictures to prove how it was and how they messed it up. Don't go there, if you like your hair. They are horrible horrible horrible!!!!! They really should not be in business if this is how they treat all there customers. I have never had ANYONE ever mess up my hair like this.
