Went into Serenity for a color. My request was I wanted to get rid of the red left from a previous color. Chose this salon because it was high end and I needed someone with knowledge. I asked for as close as I could get to a soft brown she chose a swatch that would have worked, however, I knew it would not get that light. When I returned home my hair was still red and dark. Called the stylist and she recommended purple shampoo, used the shampoo after paying 23.00 for it and no change. Called and talked to stylist she recommended a toner, I inquired as to cost and no charge was the response. Made an appointment for noon today. Arrived at 11:50 and walked out at 12: 21 after sitting there waiting. Needless to say, I was annoyed, that is rude. They made and confirmed the appointment, I should have been taken care within a reasonable time of my appointment. I paid 65.00 for the color and 23.00 for the shampoo and I don't have anywhere near what I asked for, not even close. Will not be returning, don't know what I am going to do with my hair, maybe go to Walmart they couldn't do any worse. Kathy Hutchinson
