Been getting my hair cut here for years. Even though the staff changes, I can't think of a time where they weren't nice. Always in and out in a timely manner with a great haircut! My family and I will return.

ZERO STARS for that place!! I walked in with my 83 year old mother at noon yesterday, the woman was busy and told me she had 3 people ahead of us and suggested we make an appointment, which we did for 2:00 pm the same day. We come back and show up at 2 pm and she is working on her 3rd appointment and makes us wait until 2:25 pm, when she is done, my mother gets up from the chair to get her haircut and the woman says "no, I have to do this customer here who checked in..." then says "I'm going as fast as I can.." really? I asked her why did we bother making an appointment plus she had my phone number and could have called me to notify me ahead of time of the delay. Very unprofessional on her part and unforgivable considering my elderly mom cannot walk easily, we wasted our time with back and forth trips and walked out...

Very rude. Within one minute of interacting with the woman who came up front to check me in I realized I was in for a bad experience and turned around and left.

A 4 year old could've gave me a better haircut. Hope it doesn't take to long to grow out so I can get it fixed by a professional. Guess I'll have to wear a hat for a few weeks
