Wonderful when walked in. 2 stylist very welcoming. Receptionist very nice said she had a stylist give her a minute. Was impressed after bad experience at the other location. Then stylist comes up looks(annoyed) at me turns to receptionist and says to much hair I do not have time. Walks out with her phone rolling her eyes at me. Never again. Great start to my birthday. Thank you Heather from Famous Sam for make my day better. 3rd times a charm.

Well sadly both Mesa offices lost a loyal customer of 14 years. Went to one office today to be told they are booked 4 hours. Call the other office to be told come on in we are free. Get to the office and the friendly receptionist. And two stylist that were with customers greeted us and were friendly. Receptions talks to a stylist. who looks at us and says I don't have time they have a lot of hair then goes out side to sit on her phone. we will not be returning to a Arizona hair co. What happened to all the good stylist and customer service? You have gone down hill!

I received a high end salon experience and the best color of my life from JOHNNY at this Gilbert and Baseline location. I won't go to anyone else from now on. He took the time and paid attention to every detail. He makes the experience fun and the time fly. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for haircuts etc.. for the last 11 years. Lorylynn Cardinal is my stylist and I have NEVER been dissatisfied. The shop is always clean. The Ladies are always nice. I refer everyone to this location. Thanks for the GREAT service!

Sadly, Stylists that won't listen, PROTECT YOUR HAIR! I have been coming to this location for several years, but no longer, there is only one stylist in the entire Salon that listens to how you want your hair done, I can't count how many times, as a man, I have left this Salon saying I'm going to have to just wear a hat for the next two months, because they shaved the sides of my head again (multiple haircuts!) when I specifically requested multiple times to leave my hair the same length all over, so I can spike it. I'm sick of wearing hats from bad haircuts! I'm going to start going to Great Clips or Cost Cutters or anywhere else where I don't have to risk wearing a hat right after I get my haircut.
