Loren is the best manicurist I have known. I have been with her for over 10 years. The management is friendly and the shop is very clean.

I love my hair. My friends and family love my hair. They were very impressed with the change in my appearance and new style. I've been a client for a few years because John Pagato earns loyalty through his skills, talents and personal investment in everyone who sits in his chair. I couldn't be happier with my new look. Dilemma is a misnomer because it's the easiest choice to make in Phoenix hair salons.

I have been looking around for someone to cut my hair just right. For a guy who wants to look good, I don't recommend going to the "cookie-cutter" barber shops. None of the barber shops in the north phoenix area were doing it for me. I searched online for a hair salon and found dilemma. I read some of the reviews and decided to give this place a shot. My first haircut was with John. He is meticulous and has a great sense of style. My expectations were not only met but were exceeded. My girlfirend said this was the best haircut I have gotten in a long time. The price is not bad, especially for the quality that John delivers. I will keep going back and will recommend this place to any guy who wants to look great for a reasonable price.
