Normally I don't have issues and the service is fine but today I checked in using the app it said a 1 minute wait. We get there 4 minutes later and the app says 9 minute wait. No big deal. After some other people get their haircut I see my name go to slot 1, more people finish and somehow my name gets moved to number 2. My wife was already back from grocery shopping for 15-20 minutes or so and we just needed a bang trim. Cold food ready to go home so cancelled out appointment and left. Please fix your software.

Horrible experience Friday when I took my family of 6 to this location. We weâ€™re told my son could not get his hair cut because he was crying. She never even let me explain I could and normally hold him. Never going back to this place again. Moms with small kids donâ€™t bother. They donâ€™t even try to have the patience. I wished their were more places that dedicated themselves to children. Sad that we have to go far places to find places that care for kids.

HORRIBLE customer service! Iâ€™ve been going here for about a year and have had ok experiences before today. I checked in online and when I arrived, one of the beauticians was standing at the counter. She did not greet me or say anything to me so I introduced myself and told her my name. While Iâ€™m speaking, she walks off and goes into the back room. I stood at the counter looking around for a couple minutes before another beautician said something. I will NOT be back.

My daughter and I both got hair cuts there yesterday. The lady that cut my daughter's hair did a great job. I am very disappointed. With the lady that cut my hair. she was pulling on my hair. She rushed cutting my hair. Never coming back again.
