Very bizarre experience. We entered to purchase a specific salon item. 2 women were just sitting up front talking. No one greeted us. The one woman gets up and says, "I'm going to the back if anyone cares." And promptly left. The other woman dsat ay there seriously twirling her hair and looking at her phone. We stood at the the register for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to come back. Opened & closed the door to make the jingle sound to bring attention to us, still no response. Had to, finally, yell to the back to get one of the three people back there to come up front. This was an open shut case of buying a specific item, poor, poor customer service.

Kim and Rebecca have both been great! I always leave feeling much prettier than I did when I arrived. They always get my highlights just right and really take their time to make sure my cut and highlights are exactly what I want. These ladies are fun and professional and with the reasonable prices, I will be returning!

Brandi is awesome great stylist! She's been doing my hair for 4 years now color and cut are always perfect! Unfortunately the store is under staffed because of the area of town it's in so please keep in mind these girls are doing the best they can. You wouldn't want them to rush through your service so please don't expect them to rush through someone else's to get to you first. Beauty takes time. All in all an awesome experience and I WILL be back!

Saw a sign saying walk-ins welcome in front of the store, so I went in and they told me they were all booked and to come back in couple of hours. Now I ask you, what is the purpose of the sign? Why would you not have staff scheduled to handle hair cuts so walk-ins can be accommodated? 2 ladies getting their hair done sets you back 2 hours? Will not go back.

This place is terrible! Do not go on Sunday especially. They are lazy and rude and do not want to work! I went in and got a quote for hair color services and conditioning. They wrote it down including price in the book. I went back for my appointment and different stylist would not honor the price. Was rude and told me I needed to have color lifted in order to go slightly different color. I've gone to the other cost cutters at Baseline and Ellsworth for years and never got treated so rudely.
