I got my hair cut in March by a young stylist. I said that I just wanted a trim & some layers because I was growing my hair out. I said I didn't want to notice any length gone. I stressed that I was growing my hair out & that I hate it short. So essentially I just needed a trim. It is now mid July & I look back at a pictures of mine before the hair cut... My hair now is STILL shorter than the picture before the cut. When I walked out after the cut & saw my hair in the car, I was so furious. I am STILL so mad. I rarely leave reviews good or bad. But seeing my hair is NOW just starting to catch up to the length I did have back in March. That being said she cut off almost 3 inches! So this girl wasn't listening & was also scissor happy. I cannot express enough that when a client is paying you for your services, LISTEN! Especially if they explained how they barely wanted to notice that they even got a trim... Means just a TRIM! I now trim my own hair. I've lost all trust with any hairstylist for that matter. At least in any young stylists, that's for sure.
