I really like the customer service at this Supercuts location. The app checked me in at 2:45 but when I got there Liana, the manager, told me I was checked in but there were 3 ahead of me. She apologized for the wait and also took $2 off my cut. Esmerelda was my stylist and she always takes her time to make sure my cut is just right! I have a couple troublesome cowlicks and she is very careful to cut with those in mind and keep everything nice and even. Thanks! I'll be back. I do wish Supercuts app developer would fix the app so people don't get scheduled at the same time especially when only 1 stylist is there and the other is on break.

Been here twice now, 2 different stylist. Neither one was very experienced. Although 1 of them has been cutting hair for over 5 years. It's an affordable haircut if you want something super simple, and basic. Even then ...:( Your probably better off going somewhere else. Parking is pretty crowded too.

Asked stylist to trim the bad ends off and shape it up a little. She apparently didn't understand English very well because she put my hair in a ponytail and chopped it off. Gave me a bob haircut and tried to make up for my crying with a free blow dry. She worked very hard at giving me a haircut I did not want. Left in tears, sobbed all the way home and still crying.
