I went and got my hair done Danielle is awesome she did my highlights exactly the way I wanted then, cut and styled my hair the way i showed her in a magazine. This was truly the best style I have had in years, I was nervous because I have curly hair, and thought that is would be hard for anyone to do the style the I wanted, but she was awesome she was able to do it the way i wanted and took quality time in her work, you can tell that she really enjoys what she does and wants her customers to be happy!!

Awful experience !! I asked for highlights & my roots retouched to blend my grays. I ended up with thick/chunky streaks of yellow against medium brown hair! I had stylist, Danielle re-dye my hair to break up the chunky streaks- which just made it worse. There's color bleeding, with overprocessing, the highlights don't go to the root, & my hair's starting to break! She also dyed the skin on my forehead & ears. (I had to use nail polish remover to get it off my skin!) There's no resolution with the manager, Crystal, who keeps saying she's trying to get a hold of her supervisor, Sherry. After several (4) attempts to get my money back, I was eventually referred to a website survey instead. I'm having my hair corrected by someone not affiliated with Cost Cutters. Until then, I'm out ~$100.00 & have to wear hats & head bands.

The person that cut my hair had a great attitude even though I walked in just before her lunch break. The haircut was detailed and for the first time I didn't have to hunt for the long hairs many places miss.

I was disappointed when I went in today to get a haircut to find out that the Manager and my favorite stylist recently left. I received an uneven haircut from Crystal, such that I need to fix it at home. I've been visiting this location for its convenience, pricing, and (once) reliable stylists. I'm glad to see that two of those three still are present, but I don't think I will return again.
