Unbelievable experience. The first time my hair turned out the way I wanted. Attention to detail, professional and friendly. I usually get my haircut at Supercuts or a local barber.. not anymore. 😊👍 Angelica was awesome.

Angie is very nice as a person but she’s not so great as a professional. She doesn’t pay attention to detail. I don’t know if it’s laziness but I had to point out things in the picture that I showed her several times and remind her of things—in the end I didn’t get the haircut I wanted; it was okay, but sloppy and not worth forty dollars. She didn’t show me the back of my hair at the end; she didn’t clean up the back of my neck; I booked an executive cut and I didn’t get the neck and scalp massage although I was almost charged for it. This is the 3rd time I’ve seen her, trying to give her several chances and the 2nd time she didn’t honor the executive cut I had booked either. Again, everyone is very nice here, however the thoroughness, consistency and professionalism are lacking. The beverages are nice and the place it clean and comfortable. I wanted a cool, short, kinda trendy messy undercut. What I got was what looked like a military high-and-tight—not cool. And now I have to wait a couple months of buzz it to not look like this. Bummer.

This is a fantastic place, very friendly and welcoming staff, you are treated like 1st class, offered a complimentary beverage while you wait for your stylist to come greet you . My stylist was very friendly knowledgeable and most of all attentive to detail. The entire experience was really exceptional and I will definitely be back and also send my friends and family over. Thank you for one great experience

I've always struggled to find a decent place to get a haircut that knows how to cut my hair but I can tell you 18/8 knows what they are doing. They are all about customer service. Upon entrance, I always get a nice greeting from the front desk, and they always offer drinks and snacks. I've been getting my haircuts from Erick and he takes his time to understand how you like your hair. Erick took the time to understand what kind of haircut I want and he even gives me his own input on how I should style my hair. His customer service is amazing and is friendly. He also gave me some hair product advice that they sell in the salon and I haven't found a better product. Erick overall has knowledge on haircutting, hairstyling, and more! I wouldn't go anywhere else to cut my hair.
